Users may also publish completed video courses to the platform and share them with others, who can watch, track their progress, and favorite courses. All services are delivered digitally and on-demand based on user input.

2. Third-Party Tools and Licenses

We use third-party services such as OpenAI, Google Cloud, and more. These tools may change over time without prior notice. By using our platform, you agree to comply with their terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the content complies with all applicable third-party and legal standards.

3. Ownership & Content Usage Rights

• You fully own the content generated after payment.
• We do not use your course(s) for profit or claim authorship.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to showcase non-sensitive parts of your content for promotional purposes only.

4. Language Support

Our platform currently supports content generation in English only. If you attempt to generate a course in another language, the output may fail or produce incorrect results. You are fully responsible for any errors or the need to regenerate the course.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment credentials.
• All sales are final after generation begins. No refunds are available.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your data is securely stored on cloud infrastructure. We do not share, sell, or access your private data. We do not store passwords, OAuth tokens, or payment details.

7. Usage Guidelines

• Do not generate content that is explicit, violent, discriminatory, unlawful, or in unsupported languages.
• Do not abuse or attempt to reverse-engineer or manipulate the system.
• Edits to generated content must not result in illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Violation of these guidelines may result in permanent suspension and loss of access without refund.

8. Estimated Time Disclaimer

The time estimates provided for each lesson or module are AI-generated and serve as general approximations. While the content text will reflect exactly what was approved by the user, actual video durations may vary. For example, a lesson estimated at 10 minutes may ultimately result in a 7-minute final video due to narration pace, scene transitions, and other production factors.

Additionally, course generation time may vary depending on server load and demand. While we make every effort to process and deliver your course promptly, delays may occur during high-traffic periods. We are continuously working to optimize and improve performance.

9. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and third-party tracking technologies, including but not limited to TikTok Pixel, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics, to enhance user experience, analyze traffic, and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. 13. Referral Program

MakeOnlineCourse may offer a referral tracking feature that allows users to invite others to the platform.

Participation in the referral program is voluntary and does not guarantee any reward, payment, credit, or compensation. Any future incentives, if offered, will be determined solely at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, with or without notice.

We may invalidate referrals that we reasonably believe were generated through fraud, self-referrals, automation, or abusive behavior.
